Our Leadership Gold 2023 Graduates couldn’t get enough of the course that they wanted to extend the sessions into 2024 for another 6-months!

The sessions started with a group kick-off session at IEC Centre, followed by one-on-one scheduled coaching sessions with Coach Jasmine and two mini-group sessions with Coach April, diving deeper into understanding temperaments and how it affects the work environment and productivity. 

Coach Jasmine led them through personal growth, leadership laws based on Maxwell resources as well as tailored each coaching session towards individual’s needs and requirements. 

At the end of the course, a summary report of the growth and development of each leader is submitted to the top leaders of the organisation.
